Our homeowner association had more restrictions than the county for a permit, and this company waited for approval of our permit for 5 months... they were super patient, checked in with us to see how the permit was coming along, and the week it was approved, they were here to begin, and Walter and his crew finished our deck in three days and did a beautiful job using the Trex composite materials. I have been remodeling my home over the last several months. I ordered cabinets to be installed and contracted through the cabinet company with WR Flater to do the install. Nick, the carpenter, and (Jack of all trades), arrived on time and ready to go. He looked at the materials and plans, had a couple of questions for the cabinet maker and went to work putting the 3 cabinets in wall recessed cubbie holes. Nick did some of the best install and finish carpentry that I’ve ever seen. I could not be happier with the total start to finish work. Coincidentally, I had a leak in my kitchen refrigerator water line. Nick was there to remove kitchen cabinets with crown molding and did not break one piece. Awesome, really. And he reinstalled these cabinets after the drywall was repaired perfectly. Nick helped me finish some other work and I was happy to pay whatever WR Flater charged me as time and material. I couldn’t be happier with Nick and his work And the charges were very fair. Yes, yes I would definitely recommend WR Flater for fine carpentry work!

Flater craftsman just completed installing a new front door, can lights over the new door, can lights over the two garage doors and painting the new entry way and garage doors. The work was timely, the craftsman were friendly knowledgeable of course and it was just a great working experience. Jason, Jerry and the others were the BEST of the BEST....The contracted price was fair and equitable and there was never any issues, even when we made last minute changes....it was a great experience working with W. R. Flater staff. If you desire quality workmanship at a fair price and positive interaction with a contractor, look no further than W.R. They ordered and installed a French door closing my office at home and their work was very well done; the door is gorgeous 😀.
