After having a terrible experience with Pella installing patio doors, I received a recommendation from Zeskind's hardware when purchasing new Jeld Wen doors to use W R Flater as a general contractor. I had a terrific experience. Jason responded promptly to my emails and texts, gave me a sufficient heads up on when his crew would be here to perform the work, showed up with them (on time every time) and made sure all the materials were here to do the job, and when there was a small hiccup with the doors, came to me with a solution he'd already implemented when letting me know there was a problem. The crew was respectful and patient with my three dogs running in and out of the backyard while they did the work. Would recommend!
I live in a older home, 1940's, replaced an old carriage double door in the basement with a weather sealed double door that was custom made and painted on site. It was a very difficult job but they overcame all the irregularities that come with an older home. Highly Recommend

The project manager, Jason was very professional, responsive and innovative as we discovered issues during the project that needed to be resolved. We just had W.R Flater General Contractors remodel a very out of date bathroom and they did a fabulous job. Jason was very knowledgeable when we talked to him about the project which is the big reason we hired this company. Jerry, who did all the work in our bathroom, was amazing! He was able to do the plumbing, the tile, the painting, the installations, the carpentry and anything else that needed to be done. He worked steadily for 3 weeks asking questions when needed and sharing information when we needed. Jason helped with heavy lifting and running errands and trash removal. At the end of every day, the site and everything around it was cleaned up and straightened up so that we could get around our house. Jason told us that once the job was started they would stay here until the job was done, and they were true to their word. I would definitely recommend W.R Flater, Jason and Jerry to anyone looking to remodel a bathroom.
I had been wanting to replace the front door to my home for a while but I was having a problems finding companies who could do round top doors. I finally found Jason and W.R.Flater General Contractors and the results are absolutely amazing! Not only was Jason a dream to work with- responsive, knowledgeable, helpful and just a nice man, but his team just did an amazing job on the installation, the staining. I am completely satisfied with the finished product and would recommend Jason Haschert and his team in a heartbeat!!

Jason stopped by gave me quote on replacing front deck steps and risers and post. He told me he was busy , I was in no immediate need , he called me back after about 10 days and said he could start tomorrow . He finished in 2 days. Very satisfied , they were professional in their work. , very accommodating . Highly recommend , and will use again for future projects.
